Dorian, at the beginning of the novel, is a young man; he is forever young, extraordinarily handsome, fascinating and refined, restless and passionate, sublime and inimitable just like this wine, which represents his perfect portrait. Nevertheless this wine, unlike the novel’s protagonist, ages extraordinarily, refines and softens while gaining in complexity, becoming more and more elegant and unique.
